Boot camp exercises are routine exercises for people who want to loose weight and stay in shape. The physical workouts resemble the physical training of soldiers. Tae Bo shares the same concept with Yoga, teaches us how to communicate with our body and spirit. Unlike Yoga, Tae Bo combines the best Variety of different exercise disciplines to create a full body workout.
Boot camp if done right is said to be more effective than jogging, because of the high intense workouts at a short time span and it engages the whole body and mind.
Billy Blanks boot camp became popular in Japan in 2007, I had no interest in boot camp back then but my Japanese friend bought the DVDs and after a few weeks she gave up. According to her she didn't see any changes. I try to stick to jogging when I feel the need to but always up for a good game of Futsal or Basketball when I have the time to. Then a few months ago I decided to try out boot camp because I suddenly got a lot of time on my hands to kill. I did enviga exercises, the routines were a bit poor. I was already bored even before I could master the moves and do it 30 minutes without breaks. 2 months later I gave up completely.
Just last week my friend came over for a visit and while scouting through my neighbourhood we found a Billy Blank Boot Camp pack, 7 DVDs a meal plan and other exercise tools for a really really cheap price. We were both shock to find it so cheap that I encourage her to buy it, we both decided its a good investment and since she was thinking about shaping up, its just perfect. She relayed to me that her friend recommend Billy Blanks Boot Camp routines because it worked for her. I then thought about my Japanese friend and the person who re-sold this pack, what were they doing wrong?
I decided to do Boot camp workouts again and still jog in the evenings, today I dive right into Billy Blanks Abs Boot Camp. It is tough and that can kill you if not done properly but the main thing here is to go at your own pace. While you slowly build up your speed and breathing control, the main thing is not to give up when some techniques seem too difficult remember these are military techniques and its normal if you cant keep up the first weeks.

Instead of just jogging or dieting, why not do Boot camp routines 3 times a week it requires less time but the result is worth it. Don't try to do all the different workout at once, Billy Blank divide his workouts accordingly like Abs, Arms, Butt and the general workouts. Avoid doing all of them in one day, treat it the way train yourself at the gym. Legs today, biceps tomorrow and so forth.
Here in Japan Its the cheapest way to stay in shape, if you don't have the DVD set just go to youtube.com and type in Billy Blanks Boot Camp. Or make use of the nearest park and go for a good jog, staying fit is a must in this day and age. Avoid diets that cost money and start burning those calories for free....
